Job Description – Program Manager (IAM – SailPoint )

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation program involving SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Core (Mandatory):

Strong experience managing large-scale IAM, security, or platform transformation programs

Good technical understanding of:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Identity lifecycle management (JML)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Experience with Workday integrations and HR-driven identity processes
• Strong exposure to Active Directory and enterprise application integrations
• Solid understanding of mainframe security concepts (RACF) and legacy system environments
• Proven experience managing multi-stream, cross-functional technical programs

Good to Have:

• Hands-on exposure to SailPoint development/configuration
• Experience in mainframe decoupling or legacy modernisation initiatives
• Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SCIM, LDAP, JDBC)
• Soft Skills
