Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a SailPoint Engineer to support large IAM initiatives and implement enterprise-grade identity solutions. You will work with stakeholders to analyze roles, privileges, and dependencies, and help design and deploy secure identity systems across client environments.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to integrate SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and cloud platforms while mentoring junior staff and ensuring seamless access governance and security

Qualifications

Experience with identity governance platforms (SailPoint, Ping, Virtru) and lifecycle management.
Experience implementing provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Oracle, AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory integration with identity systems.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and analysts.
Secret clearance required.
HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale IAM projects for Booz Allen clients.
Interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to analyze dependencies and processes.
Design, deploy, and support systems that verify privileges and manage credentials.
Implement enterprise-class IAM and Zero Trust solutions for clients.
Help clients meet missions with minimal disruption.
