Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You will work on SailPoint-based services including provisioning workflows, RBAC, and compliance reporting for CVS Health's HCD division, collaborating with Compliance and Security teams to ensure secure access management.

The role requires strong SailPoint experience, identity provisioning knowledge, and a track record in Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint Engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud).
• Independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Hands-on experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling as applied to identity governance.
• Experience building and maintaining lifecycle workflows and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills across multiple identity systems.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical, compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IAM platform (SailPoint) for CVS Health.
• Implement provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Contribute to scalable IAM platform services while adhering to enterprise standards.
