One of my clients is looking for an SailPoint IAM Consultant - 100% Remote for a contract role.

Please Note: Healthcare Domain is a must.

Only USC & GC visa.

• 12+ years with various Identity and Access management concepts and technologies. Experience must include SailPoint IIQ. CyberArk a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Java and BeanShell for extending IdentityIQ functionality. Familiarity with XML and JSON for configuring SailPoint objects, and experience using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid grasp of IAM and IGA concepts: user lifecycle management, joiner/mover/leaver processes, access request workflows, certification campaigns, and role management (RBAC/ABAC). Must be capable of designing custom workflows and rules to enforce governance policies.
• Proven ability to integrate SailPoint with diverse systems and applications. Experience with standard connectors (Active Directory, LDAP, databases, SaaS applications) and developing custom connectors for bespoke systems. Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and how identity data flows from authoritative sources to target systems is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in an IAM context, capable of diagnosing provisioning failures, rule errors, or performance bottlenecks in IIQ. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with distributed teams in a remote environment, including articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations; familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
