Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IGA Support team at Marsh as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer. This role can be based remotely anywhere in Canada.
You will be part of a team of developers and business analysts, both onshore and offshore, supporting the design, development, and governance of user identity management. Collaborating with the IAM management team, you will identify, design, and support IAM capabilities and tools while prioritizing strategies for implementation. Additionally, you will work with Information Security teams on risk remediation and audit requirements and liaise with internal application teams to assess their IAM capabilities and provide guidance on actionable plans to address any gaps.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,800 to $135,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
