Job summary

The Identity and Access Management Specialist at First Commonwealth Bank will implement and administer SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, build onboarding workflows, and manage user lifecycle reporting. Focus is on automation and secure access across applications within a large IT environment.

Candidates should have at least 3 years with SailPoint admin, 5+ years IT, and familiarity with NIST/PCI/CIS/ISO. Telecommuting eligibility is possible for suitable candidates in PA or OH.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's in information systems preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with administration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT within a large complex environment.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI, CIS, and ISO.
• Experience coding and implementing SailPoint connectors, out-of-the-box and custom.
• SailPoint certifications preferred; IT/security certifications are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• May be eligible for Telecommuting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solution.
• Develop procedures for onboarding applications into SailPoint Identity Cloud.
• Develop and manage SailPoint connectors, both out of the box and custom.
• Create workflows, rules, and reporting for user lifecycle management.
• Create workflows, rules, and reporting for user access certifications.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to Information Security team.
• Participate in on-call rotation for Information Security services.
