Job summary

66degrees seeks a Security Identity Engineer to implement, automate, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud within our IAM operations. The role emphasizes automation, integration, and scalable identity services for enterprise environments.

You will develop connectors and workflows, APIs, monitor identity systems, and support governance, certification campaigns, and access controls. Collaboration with security and cloud teams is essential. Duration: 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management roles.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and O365 services and technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience with SAML, OID, OAuth, SCIM, MFA.
• Experience working with Active Directory / MS Entra ID.
• Experience with at least one full SailPoint implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of information security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Visa sponsorship currently not available.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IAM and SailPoint operations.
• Develop connectors, APIs, and automate identity lifecycle workflows.
• Monitor identity systems and support security incident response.
• Maintain governance, certification campaigns, and access controls.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Support cloud identity services and ensure system availability.
