Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. seeks an Identity Governance Administrator to own SailPoint IdentityIQ and manage IAM processes for hospital staff and contractors. You will oversee identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and governance activities in a healthcare setting.

Reporting to Cybersecurity leadership, you will drive access certifications, RBAC models, and SoD rules while supporting audits, incident response, and collaboration with IT to resolve access issues as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of experience working with identity governance tools.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement reviews, and governance policies.
• Experience with upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning is a plus.
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IAM.
• Experience in scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

• SailPoint Administration: act as technical owner and deliver user training.
• Access Governance & Compliance: ensure HIPAA/HITECH/PCI DSS compliance and conduct access certifications.

• Documentation & Process Management: maintain SailPoint docs and automate processes.
