Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a SailPoint Administrator to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform supporting Healthcare Delivery affiliates. Collaborate across Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations and Security to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions.

The role focuses on provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, and RBAC models, with integration to HRIS, AD, Workday, Okta, and REST/JSON services in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering on enterprise-grade apps and services.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC experience.
• Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows from day one.
• Experience with HRIS, directory services, identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Understanding of scalable design, data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfort in Agile/Scrum environments using clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IGA platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Ops and Security.
• Implement provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, and RBAC.
• Ensure auditable reporting and adherence to enterprise standards.
