Job description

Collaborate with project managers, developers, Technology Risk, and business teams to engineer and optimize processes for collecting and validating technology asset data.

Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow configurations, including lifecycle events, access reviews, and role-based access controls.

Support the creation and enhancement of OneTrust workflows to streamline data capture, exception handling, and approvals.

Analyze and implement controls for managing IT asset inventory and CMDB data.

Design and administer reports using Power BI and SQL to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in production or infrastructure support environments.
2. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or similar identity governance platforms.
3. Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident/change management, and data integration via APIs and REST endpoints.
4. Strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data management and reporting.
5. Experience implementing third-party systems and collaborating with vendors.
6. Knowledge of Agile, PPM, or Prince II project management methodologies.
7. Experience with ServiceNow and IT asset management tools.
