Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer with approximately 3 and 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM concepts, Java development, and SailPoint IIQ configurations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Develop, customize, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and integrations. Implement and configure components such as connectors, certifications, access requests, and RBAC. Write custom Java code, scripts, and plugins to extend platform functionality.
- Integration and Deployment: Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target systems (Active Directory, LDAP, SaaS, databases). Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across environments. Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these into technical specifications and implement in SailPoint IIQ.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, monitor performance, resolve issues, and perform access certifications, role mining, and compliance reporting. Stay updated with platform updates and features.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain technical documentation, follow industry best practices, and adhere to security standards for IAM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Java and scripting languages (BeanShell, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of SailPoint components, workflows, rules, connectors, and certifications.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle) and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as role-based access control, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint IIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer).
- Experience with IAM tools like Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
