Job summary

Panni is seeking a certified Sage X3 ERP Consultant for a remote role based in the United States or Canada. The candidate will lead Manufacturing and Distribution on Sage X3 projects, analyze processes, and implement solutions across client environments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years with Sage X3 or 3-5 full-life cycle implementations, manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid/remote flexibility is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience with Sage X3 OR 3-5 full lifecycle Sage X3 Implementations.
• Preference will be given to Sage X3 Manufacturing certified consultants.
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience; industrial manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manufacturing and Distribution lead on Sage X3 projects.
• Analyze client business processes and functional requirements.
• Lead Manufacturing and Distribution UAT cycles for Sage X3 implementations.
• Work with End Users to implement Sage X3 in their environment.
• Provide full-time support to Sage X3 and respond to issues logged on Jira.
• Document functional requirements, workflows, and future state designs.
• Train clients to use the new information system.

• Act as Manufacturing and Distribution lead on Sage X3 projects.
• Conduct analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.
• Act as a manufacturing subject matter expert and propose optimal solutions to manufacturers to improve business processes and optimize use of Sage X3 software
• Lead Manufacturing and Distribution UAT cycles for new Sage X3 Implementations
• Working closely with End Users to implement Sage X3 in their environment.
• Provide full-time support to their Sage X3 system and response to issues logged by client on Jira support.
• Uncover pain points and understand the prospective clients short-term and long-term strategic objectives, working with the business solutions team to recommend tools and robust solutions that will help prospective clients achieve their business goals
• Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information.
• Analyze data, evaluates existing application products, and recommends efficient, cost-effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.
• Document functional requirements, workflow, and and write future state system design specifications.
• Training of the client to use this new information system and progress in their current roles.

Role Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience with Sage X3 OR 3 - 5 full-life cycle sage X3 Implementations
• Preference will be given to Sage X3 Manufacturing certified consultants.
• Experience with the SAP Crystal Reports is plus.
• Ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment for 2-3 years. Candidates with industrial manufacturing experience will be considered a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose thoughtful, well-written emails, notes, and internal communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while meeting goals and deadlines
• Highly organized, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Technical development experience with Sage X3 will be a strong asset
