Job summary

Brundage Management Company, Inc. (BMC) is seeking a Sage Intacct System Administrator to own, administer, and support the company’s Sage Intacct environment in the Accounting/Finance function.

You will manage access, reporting, and integrations while ensuring secure, efficient system usage. The role requires 3+ years’ experience administering Sage Intacct or similar financial systems, plus 1+ year creating user documentation or training materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Sage Intacct or a similar financial system.
• 1+ year of experience developing documentation, training materials, or user support resources.
• Advanced understanding of cloud ERP systems, report writing, data manipulation, APIs, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer Sage Intacct access, roles, permissions, security settings, configuration, modules, and system structure.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, KPIs, recurring outputs, and related financial system data needs.
• Support integrations, workflow automation, approval routing, smart rules, smart events, and related process controls.
• Troubleshoot system issues, respond to user questions, elevate complex items, and communicate updates to impacted users.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, testing plans, and change support for system updates and enhancements.
