Brundage Management Company, Inc. in Texas seeks a Sage Intacct System Administrator to own and support the Sage Intacct environment within Accounting/Finance. You will manage access, configuration, reports, integrations, and change control to keep the system secure, accurate, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience administering Sage Intacct or a similar financial system.
• 1+ year of experience developing documentation, training materials, or user support resources.
• Advanced understanding of cloud ERP systems, report writing, data manipulation, APIs, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer Sage Intacct access, roles, permissions, security settings, configuration, modules, and system structure.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, KPIs, recurring outputs, and related financial data needs.
• Support integrations, workflow automation, approval routing, smart rules, smart events, and related controls.
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to user questions, and communicate updates to users.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, testing plans, and change support.
