Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks a Digital Project/Consulting Manager for Sage Intacct to lead software implementation projects from planning through delivery. You will collaborate with clients to define scope, gather requirements, and tailor configurations to meet business goals.

The role requires substantial IS&T project experience, including data integration or dashboard work, and offers mentorship to junior teammates within CLA’s Digital team in Austin.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in project management required.
• 7 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with IS&T-oriented projects (data integration, dashboards, software development) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects.
• Gather requirements with clients, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
• Configure and customize software solutions to meet client needs.
• Meet with clients to define business problems and opportunities to improve with new services/software.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues during implementation.
• Conduct implementation pilots and identify areas for product/process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training and support.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
