Job summary

Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Manager - Sage Intacct to lead client implementations and drive project success. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable Sage Intacct solutions and mentor junior staff.

This role focuses on end-to-end delivery, system integration, reporting design, and client satisfaction within a fast-growing advisory group. Aprio offers a flexible, remote/hybrid environment and a strong culture of growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of Sage Intacct experience including implementations and team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of core Sage Intacct modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Order Entry, Cash Management).
• Advanced module implementation experience (Allocations, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting).
• Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant Certification and Sage Intacct Accountant Certification.
• Accounting background or knowledge of workflows.
• Experience with additional systems/Marketplace Partners (Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, DataBlend, Mineraltree, Sage Intacct Payroll).

Responsibilities

• Execute full Sage Intacct implementation cycle across client projects.
• Manage project plans, scope, budget, and milestones.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Sage Intacct and new features.
• Coach and mentor junior resources.
• Capture and translate client requirements into configurable solutions.
• Guide clients on data flow and integrations.
• Design financial dashboards and reports.
