Job summary

Andersen's Private Accounting Solutions practice is seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Manager to own end-to-end engagements for privately held companies. You will lead full-lifecycle implementations, design multi-entity configurations, and manage data migration, integrations, and reporting for diverse clients.

You will train users, manage project scope and budget, and collaborate with CFOs and finance teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years implementing Sage Intacct end-to-end.
• Active Sage Intacct Implementation Certification.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core finance operations.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and system integrations (API and CSV).
• Advanced Excel and fluency with reporting/BI concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to finance and exec stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementations across multiple private-company clients: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Translate client accounting processes and reporting needs into a well-architected Intacct environment (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
• Design and oversee data migration, chart of accounts, opening balances, and historical transactions.
• Architect and implement integrations between Intacct and adjacent systems using connectors, CSV imports, and API.
• Build the reporting layer: financial statements, dashboards, KPI packages for client finance leadership.
• Design and deliver role-based Sage Intacct training and create training materials.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders and manage scope, timeline, budget, risk, and changes.
• Own project economics, staffing, utilization, and escalation of risks to engagement leadership.
• Drive formal project management across concurrent implementations: plans, milestones, status meetings, scope control.
• Supervise, coach, and develop consultants and analysts; contribute to practice development.
