Job summary

Ottimate is seeking a Sage Product Manager to own the Sage ecosystem within Ottimate, driving strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for the Sage Intacct integration. You will align cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class Accounts Payable automation experience for Sage customers.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure accurate product positioning, robust onboarding standards, and scalable solutions that simplify complex ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience within financial software.
• Significant hands-on experience working with Sage Intacct or other Sage financial products.
• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex software integrations and translate technical concepts into outcomes.
• Experience working with APIs, integration architecture, ERP data models, or financial system integrations.
• Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps balancing new functionality, customer needs, and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sage Ecosystem Strategy across Ottimate with depth in Sage Intacct.
• Own and continuously prioritize the Sage product roadmap across integrations, enhancements, and technical debt.
• Own the End-to-End Sage Customer Experience from website to renewal.
• Define Technical Onboarding Standards & Best Practices for Sage within Ottimate.
• Become the Sage Subject Matter Expert including APIs, objects, and release changes.
• Own Sage Product Positioning & External Content including website, docs, collateral.
• Enable Sales, Solutions & Customer-Facing Teams with clear guidance and enablement materials.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution across Product, Engineering, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support.
• Represent the Voice of the Sage Customer with feedback loops and structured prioritization.
• Measure the Health of the Sage Business with metrics on growth, revenue, adoption and reliability.
