The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; you will handle safety programs, audits, records, and return-to-work plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience with safety programs, OSHA records, accident reports, workers’ compensation claims, or return-to-work plans preferred.
• Good communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills required.
• Must be able to handle private information with care.

Responsibilities

• Support daily safety activities and help reduce workplace risks.
• Complete safety checks, audits, job reviews, and ergonomic reviews.
• Review accidents, near misses, and safety concerns; identify causes and fixes.
• Keep safety records, training records, incident logs, and safety reports up to date.
• Manage the Massotherapy program, including scheduling, communication, and early support.
• Handle workers’ compensation claims from start to finish, including filing, tracking, and follow-up.
• Work with injured associates, medical providers, supervisors, HR, and claim partners.
• Help with return-to-work plans and modified duty when needed.
