Qualifications

• 1-3 years transportation and safety experience preferred.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsements (Class A or B) for at least 2 years.
• Experience operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV).

Responsibilities

• Organize training programs and materials.
• Monitor program effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
• Perform risk management and safety compliance.
• Identify health and safety risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety coaching and one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch and HR on training schedules.
• Maintain training documentation for compliance.
• Respond to serious accidents or emergencies.
