Job summary

Satterfield & Pontikes Construction is seeking a Training Program Facilitator to act as a strategic partner to the corporate safety team, field operations, and project leadership. The role leads the safety competency framework, manages the HSE training matrix, and administers the LMS platform to close training gaps across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on construction field experience in a safety-related capacity.
• In-depth working knowledge of OSHA construction standards (29 CFR 1926) and general industry standards (29 CFR 1910).
• Demonstrated experience with LMS administration and safety training content development.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities; ability to synthesize training metrics into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing clear, professional safety documentation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience supporting competent person programs or safety workforce development initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sustain the company’s safety competency framework and HSE training matrix across all operations and projects.
• Oversee LMS administration, user management, course assignments, and platform configuration.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for safety leadership.
• Coordinate with field safety personnel and project teams to keep records current and compliant.
• Support bilingual training delivery and content development for English- and Spanish-speaking populations.
• Identify training gaps from observations, incidents, audits, and trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Project Teams, and Safety leadership to align training with workforce needs.
