Qualifications

• Must have two years of Line Service experience.
• OSHA 'Industrial Safety' 10 or 30 Hour course completion required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• Training the Trainer Certification through Atlantic Line Service required.
• Aptitude in supervising and developing staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate new hires on company policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings and trainings regularly.
• Administer and monitor safety plans and training for staff.
• Evaluate and update training materials and programs.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance with regulations.
