Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency.
• Bachelor's degree with coursework in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience in Transportation related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and conducts Entry Level Driver Training requirements.
• Serves as Texas Department of Transportation CDL Third Party Examiner.
• Develops, implements, and conducts safety and training programs.

Skills

Knowledge of District policies, procedures and regulations

Skill in using Microsoft Office 365

Skill in complex problem solving

Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships

Education

High School diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
