UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team in Missouri. You will deliver CPR/First Aid and OSHA safety trainings at client sites, drive a company vehicle, and coordinate scheduling via phone and email.

The role offers on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a safety instructor, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years as a Safety Instructor for CPR/First Aid and OSHA classes.
• Current AHA CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS instructor credentials preferred.
• Sales experience with safety-related products is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Strong communication and adult-education skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPR/First Aid, Forklift, Fire Extinguisher safety training to customers.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations daily.
• Contact customers by phone and email to schedule training.
• Sell Safety Training services and products to customers and prospects.
• Maintain equipment, van, and training gear.
• Complete required reporting and training details in systems.
• Use tablets or devices to bill customers and log training.
• Meet with training center manager to discuss goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal resources to grow the Safety Training base.
• Continue ongoing education to expand offerings and knowledge.
• Order supplies as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain OSHA compliance.
