Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Safety Compliance Specialist to join our Training team. You’ll facilitate CPR/First Aid and OSHA safety classes at client sites, travel within the territory, and drive training growth.

Immediate opening with on‑the‑job training and a structured five‑day work week. You’ll benefit from on‑the‑job training, health insurance, 401(k) with match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years as a Safety Instructor preferred.
• Current AHA CPR/First Aid/BLS instructor cert preferred.
• Experience in sales of safety-related products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, Fire Extinguisher Safety and other OSHA classes.
• Drive company vehicle to and from customer locations daily.
• Schedule trainings by contacting customers by phone and email.
• Sell Safety Training services and products to customers and prospects.
• Maintain training equipment and complete required reporting.
• Use iPad or other devices to bill customers and document training details.
• Meet with the training center manager to discuss goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow the Safety Training base.
• Continue education to expand offerings and knowledge.
• Order supplies as needed and support OSHA compliance for customers.
