Hydromax USA is seeking a Safety Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver safety programs that support regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. You will partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to support onboarding and ongoing development, reporting to the Training Manager.
You will train employees via instructor-led and LMS sessions, maintain records, and travel to various locations to supervise field safety activities. A Bachelor’s degree and OSHA 500 certification are required.

The Safety Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering safety training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. This role serves as the primary resource for safety-related training, facilitating engaging instructor‑led and virtual learning experiences while ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work safely. The Safety Trainer partners closely with Operations, Safety, and Human Resources to support new hire onboarding, ongoing employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will report to the Training Manager.
