Hydromax USA is seeking a Safety Specialist to support the development and implementation of safety programs across our projects in Chesapeake, VA. This role conducts risk assessments, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs across the organization. This role provides technical expertise, conducts risk assessments, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements to promote a safe work environment. The Safety Specialist collaborates with site leadership and employees to drive safety initiatives, reduce workplace incidents, and build a strong safety culture. Key responsibilities include training, inspections, incident investigations, and reporting, with a focus on tactical execution and consistent application of company safety standards across all operations.
