Job summary

Tri-City Group is seeking a Safety Technology Administrator to lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of technology platforms supporting our safety program. This role combines safety expertise with technologist insights to ensure tools are used and delivering value.

The incumbent will report to the Director of Safety & Training and will ensure configurations are correct, adoption is consistent across operating companies, and safety data leadership is actionable for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years in safety, tech, or data-focused role in industrial operations.
Comfortable learning and administering software platforms; Procore experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into leadership insights.
Excellent communication and training skills for multi-company adoption.

Responsibilities

Serve as safety-side administrator for Procore and configure safety workflows, forms, and reports.
Train personnel on Procore safety functionality and troubleshoot usage issues.
Monitor Procore safety data, identify gaps, and drive improvements across companies.
Own day-to-day management of Proxxi wearable safety tech, deployment, onboarding, and maintenance.
Evaluate AI/ emerging safety tech and pilot tools with IT to build a business case.
