Job summary

Tri-City Group is seeking a Safety Technology Administrator to lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of technology platforms supporting our safety program. You will configure and maintain Procore safety workflows, oversee Proxxi wearable devices, and explore AI-driven analytics for safety improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Safety & Training, you will ensure consistent adoption across operating companies, deliver actionable data insights, and manage vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in safety, technology, or data-focused roles in industrial Ops.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and leadership communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel periodically to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as safety-side administrator for Procore configurations and reporting.
• Oversee Proxxi wearable safety program deployment and maintenance.
• Evaluate AI and emerging tech for safety applications and pilots.
• Maintain inventory and adoption status of safety tech across sites.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and leadership to integrate tech into workflows.
