Job summary

Tri-City Group is seeking a Safety Technology Administrator to lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the technology platforms that support our safety program.

This role owns the safety side of our technology ecosystem — from configuring and maintaining safety-related use of Procore, to overseeing our wearable electrical-hazard detection program with Proxxi, to evaluating emerging tools like AI-driven analytics as they apply to safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in safety, technology, or data-focused role in construction, utility, electrical, or industrial operations.
• Comfortable learning and administering software platforms; experience with Procore strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent communication and training skills for technology adoption across a multi-company workforce.
• Willingness to travel periodically to operating company locations and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Procore — configure and maintain safety-related workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Train personnel on safety-related Procore functionality and troubleshoot usage issues.
• Monitor safety data in Procore and drive usage improvements across companies.
• Own Proxxi wearable program management, deployment, onboarding, and maintenance.
• Monitor dashboards, identify trends, and translate data into recommendations for leadership.
• Evaluate AI and emerging safety tech; pilot and build a business case for broader rollout.
• Maintain inventory of safety technology and develop implementation and training plans.
• Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of safety technology tools.
• Serve as main contact for vendors; manage renewals and support requests.
• Collaborate with IT, safety leadership, and operations to align tech initiatives with goals.
