United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Safety Technician to enforce OSHA-compliant safety programs on major semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will support site safety initiatives, coach craft workers, and ensure accurate reporting of incidents and safety metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction safety, OSHA30 certification, and proficiency with MS Office and industry tools like AutoCAD or Primavera.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years construction safety or equivalent experience.
• OSHA30 Construction Certification required; CPR/First Aid/AED certified a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others.

Aufgaben

• Implement and administer safety prevention plans, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure company and client safety reports and documentation are submitted timely.
• Provide safety technical expertise and support to assigned projects.
• Promote safety and safe work practices through coaching and addressing safety concerns.
• Assist in investigation of work-related injuries, illnesses, and near-miss incidents.
• Enforce corrective action to prevent recurrence of hazards.
• Practice timely and accurate accident reporting.
• Review accidents and investigation reports.
• Act as liaison between the company and client on site safety.
• Identify, correct, and mitigate safety and health hazards.
