Position Summary

Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for employees and department safety.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintains presence in the field/operating area to ensure personnel are compliant to company and client policies in the areas of HSE.

Interacts with personnel, clients, regulatory agencies, and other entities to ensure standards, codes and regulatory requirements are maintained .

Reviews Field Auditing program to ensure leading indicators are being reviewed and addressed.

Maintains working knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures in areas of HSE. Ensures all regulatory and company policies are available for review.

Provide appropriate training for management, supervision, and all associates regarding HSE policy, practice s, and procedures.

Maintains site HSE records to meet company and regulatory requirements.

Assists Site Management with Incident Investigations and Case Management.

Assists in the development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analyses of HSE statics and best practices.

Qualifications

5 + Years’ experience preferred

Must be familiar with OSHA 1910 & 1926 regulations

Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Must have proficient computer skills

Ability to obtain various certifications (OSHA 30, CHST, etc.)
