The City of Grand Rapids seeks a Safety and Compliance Leader to drive safety policy compliance and program improvements across operations. You will implement measures, coordinate training, and align procedures with government regulations while guiding teams to maintain high safety standards.
Responsibilities include conducting safety training, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments, with a focus on reducing hazards and fostering a proactive safety culture.
