Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking Construction Site Safety Tech for Barstow, TX. This 1099 contractor role supports electrical construction safety on a large data center project, with day and night shifts available. Expect to lead safety activities, inspections, and hazard mitigation on site.
The position requires OSHA 30, NFPA 70E knowledge, and 5+ years of construction safety experience, with experience with electrical contractors preferred. Per diem and weekly pay included.

Pay Rate: $52.50/hr (Day Shift) $55/HR (Night Shift)
Overtime: Paid After 40 Hours
Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Day Shift: Monday-Saturday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 50-60 Hours Per Week
Night Shift: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 50-60 Hours Per Week

Join an electrical contractor supporting electrical installation and utility infrastructure on a large-scale data center construction project in Barstow, TX.
This role offers the opportunity to provide hands‑on safety leadership for electrical construction activities, underground and site utility work, equipment installation, temporary power, and evolving electrical hazards as the project progresses toward energization.

Success in this role requires the ability to support electrical and utility work from installation through evolving energization activities while ensuring LOTO, NFPA 70E, and project safety requirements are effectively implemented in the field.
