Diversified Construction & Design is seeking a SAFETY TECH to join our Safety team.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities

• Promote the company vision and growth strategy.
• Enforce the use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Reinforce that team members on the project site are in compliance with the safety requirements of the company.
• Ensure that appropriate safety records are maintained.
• Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat, safe and orderly fashion.
• Investigate cause of an incident and complete reports as required.
• Assist Site Manager in administrative counseling to employees and subcontractors who are in non-compliance with safety requirements.
• Responsible for conducting daily safety meetings/job site reviews.
• Accountable for regularly communicating walk-through inspection results with management team and provide assistance with rectifying any concerns regarding hazardous working conditions and/or unsafe employee activities.
• Responsible for administering minor first-aid treatment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Perform additional field and office duties, not described above, to meet the needs of our clients and support.
