• Manage safety themes, complex improvement projects, and daily safety operations.
• Mentor team members, fostering technical and professional growth.
• Apply safety expertise to proactively reduce hazards through PDCA cycles.
• Interpret and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and safety data analysis.
• Present safety activities and results, developing personal expertise.
