Live Well Homecare is seeking a Safety Specialist to design and improve safety systems aligning with operations and business goals. You will lead safety initiatives, perform risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture across open office and manufacturing environments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 0–4 years of safety experience, with strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 0–4 years of safety experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, injury prevention, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leading department initiatives and supporting complex safety improvement projects.
• Applying PDCA cycles to reduce hazards and promote continuous safety enhancements.
• Supporting safety culture development through collaboration with leaders and committees.
• Interpreting and applying safety management policies and procedures.
• Conducting risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and documenting safety activities.
• Presenting safety data analysis and trending results.
• Developing technical expertise and professional skills.
