Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
• 8+ years of safety experience or equivalent manufacturing background.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., Safety Professional, Occupational Hygiene).
• Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and injury prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety improvement projects and manage daily safety operations.
• Mentor team members and foster technical expertise.
• Apply safety policies and conduct risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and safety data analysis.
• Report safety activities, analyze trends, and develop countermeasures.
