The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a safety leadership professional to administer Lane's safety program and lead accident prevention across large civil infrastructure projects in the United States. The role calls for strong coaching, training, and regulatory compliance capabilities to improve site safety and incident responses.

The ideal candidate has 6 years of safety leadership experience and at least 3 years in heavy civil infrastructure, supported by a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and enforces Lane's safety program and accident prevention goals.
• Performs work area assessments and jobsite audits for hazard recognition.
• Develops safety initiatives aligning with Lane's standards and regs.
• Mentors and evaluates safety staff with feedback.
• Designs and delivers safety training programs.
• Leads safety orientations, toolbox talks, and site meetings.
• Participates in regulatory inspections and investigations.
• Supports incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Description

• Administers and enforces LaneÂs safety program, leading accident prevention efforts to achieve company and project safety goals.
• Conducts work area assessments and jobsite audits, focusing on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and corrective actions.
• Develops, organizes, and implements safety initiatives and programs that align with LaneÂs standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentors, coaches, and evaluates safety employees, providing feedback and performance assessments.
• Develops and delivers training programs.
• Leads safety orientations, toolbox talks, and project-specific meetings to ensure effective communication across crews and subcontractors.
• Participates in regulatory inspections and investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
• Supports incident investigations and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Certifications

CHST, ASP, CSP preferred
