Confidential is seeking a reliable Spotter to assist electricians on commercial electrical projects in big-box retail environments. The spotter will help ensure job site safety by monitoring scissor lifts, keeping areas hazard-free, and supporting the team as needed.

Projects run about two weeks before moving to the next site. Responsibilities include watching for safety, maintaining clear work areas and pedestrian flow, arriving with PPE, and assisting electricians with basic tasks.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a construction or commercial electrical environment preferred but not required.
• Must be safety-minded and aware of proper job site procedures.
• Must have required PPE, including a hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots.
• Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and performing light labor tasks.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Pay rate: $16 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
