Job summary

Confidential is seeking a reliable Spotter to assist electricians on commercial electrical projects in big-box retail environments.

The spotter will play a critical role in ensuring job site safety by monitoring electricians on scissor lifts, keeping the work area hazard-free, and supporting the team as needed.

Each project lasts about two weeks, with weekly pay and a pay rate of $16–$20 per hour depending on experience; OSHA 10 is a plus, PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-minded and aware of proper job site procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation to various project sites.
• Ability to work in active retail environments with heightened awareness.
• Must have required PPE, including a hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots.
• Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and performing light labor tasks.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.

• Ensure safety compliance by monitoring electricians on scissor lifts and maintaining awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents.
• Maintain job site awareness by keeping the work area clear of hazards and monitoring pedestrian traffic in active retail locations.
• Arrive on-site with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper use at all times.
• Assist electricians with basic tasks as needed, such as handling materials, relaying instructions, and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Show up on time every day, ready to work and support the team.
• Move from project to project every two weeks, maintaining consistency and professionalism across different work sites.
