Job summary

MANTECH seeks motivated Safety Specialists to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The roles support safety plans, audits, and hazard controls across operations.

Both senior and midlevel positions available, with CSP certification and a strong track record in safety program delivery. Candidates should hold a related bachelor's (Master preferred), possess active Public Trust clearance, and be able to lead documentation, SOPs, and safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in formal document review, safety oversight, and leading program deliverables.
• Midlevel: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Validates and authorizes Safety Plans, inspection criteria, and hazard control strategies.
• Direct complex safety audits and analyze performance metrics to mitigate risks.
• Serve as a Technical Expert on Safety Boards and mentor personnel on safety practices.
• Coordinate and execute safety programs for expeditionary logistics and RSOI operations.
• Evaluate safety compliance for storage environments and hazardous materials.
• Lead hazard mitigation for multimodal transportation and logistics platforms.
