HazTek Safety Management is hiring a Safety Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to support our growing commercial construction projects. You will drive OSHA compliance, lead daily safety briefings, and conduct investigations to prevent incidents.

The role emphasizes hands-on field safety, PPE enforcement, and ongoing safety audits across sites, with a focus on building a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Data Center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability.
