Plant Grow Harvest is seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist in Willcox, Arizona, to build and execute a comprehensive Safety First system from the ground up. This role demands significant on-site presence in a manufacturing environment, focusing on risk identification, safety culture development, and compliance.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, including training, inspections, and incident management. This position offers a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 plus a 10% target bonus.

Plant Grow Harvest is looking for a hands‑on Safety Specialist to help build and execute PGH’s Safety First system from the ground up. This is a high‑impact role for someone who has real workplace safety experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, food processing, agriculture, industrial, or plant operations environment.
This is not a desk‑only safety role. The Safety Specialist will spend significant time on the floor and in the field, working directly with supervisors and employees to identify risks, improve safe behaviours, strengthen documentation, support compliance, and build a strong safety culture.
The ideal candidate is practical, organized, assertive, and comfortable building systems where they do not yet fully exist.
