What You’ll Do

As the Safety Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our safety culture and compliance efforts. You’ll take ownership of our safety program, ensuring our people go home safe every day. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining our safety program and manuals.
• Conducting jobsite visits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Leading employee safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Investigating incidents and coordinating with healthcare providers and Worker’s Compensation as needed.
• Purchasing, tracking, and maintaining PPE and safety equipment.
• Maintaining OSHA logs and safety documentation.
• Collaborating with Project Managers to align safety practices with project schedules and field operations.
• Staying current on regulations and recommending safety policy improvements.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented safety professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Here’s what we’re seeking:

• Associate’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in construction safety is a plus—but not required. We welcome both new graduates with relevant education and driven professionals with years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations (Federal and Wisconsin).
• Proven ability to work independently while building strong relationships with field teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to travel to local jobsites and occasionally work in varying weather conditions.
  
  
  

Employment is contingent upon passing required pre-employment screenings, in compliance with applicable laws.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, with flexibility based on project demands and site visits. Some local travel required.
