Position And Responsibilities Overview

Develop, maintain, and protect health and safety standards within organizations in according with current health and safety legislation.

• Perform administrative support duties and process documentation as required.
• Assign, facilitate, and record safety training for employees.
• Maintain safety training records for employees.
• Monitoring and logging Safety Hotline calls and follow ups.
• Assist Marketing Department in pre-qualification packets.
• Assist Fleet Department in vehicle telematics alert tracking and driver coaching.
• Logistics and helping to facilitate New Hire Orientation.
• Analyze contracts, safety plans, and written procedures to verify relevancy to work environment.
• Conduct incident investigations when they involve significant losses, injuries, or fatalities.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers, external and internal.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school degree/GED or equivalent combination of skills and 6 months experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to receive direct supervision and guidance.
• Ability to perform administrative or technical responsibilities.
• Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities in accomplishing well-defined outcomes.
• Ability to perform work that is generally structured or recurring.
• Ability to receive direct supervision and guidance.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Prompt, punctual, and regular attendance during core business hours, in an office environment (not a telecommuting position), currently located in the Stapleton area of Denver, including a reliable means of transport to and from work. Ability to occasionally travel between corporate offices and jobsites within the Denver Metro Area, during work hours.
