A leading safety department in the construction industry is seeking a Safety Assistant to support safety functions and promote a culture of safety across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety practices, excellent communication skills, and the physical capability to handle demanding tasks. This role offers the opportunity to build professional relationships and contribute to enhancing workplace safety standards.
Position Summary: Assists in all safety-related functions as directed by the Safety Director. Develops and maintains professional relationships both inside and outside the company to promote safety at TP Mechanical, representing the Safety Department with professionalism.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry or a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
