The Ladders client seeks a Safety Services Specialist to shape machinery safety expertise across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will drive training, translate technical standards into practical learning content, and support product development from concept through launch.

For our client, we are seeking a Safety Services Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will help shape and deliver machinery safety expertise across internal teams and external stakeholders. The person in this position will drive training, translate technical standards into practical learning content, and support product development efforts from concept through launch. It is a highly cross-functional role with opportunities to influence safety understanding, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually

• Create and deliver training on B11 machinery safety standards
• Support the development of a training academy proposition
• Translate technical content into engaging training materials with Product Management and Marketing
