Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Familiar with codes, products attributes, and procedures within the safety field.
• General awareness of business, financials, sales, and safety principles.
• Ability to utilize technology to enhance customer experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Establish contacts and comfort level between customers and company staff.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through sales calls and scheduled service frequency.
• Participate in training and marketing programs as directed by the company.
• Support in initiating the sales process with potential customers.
