Job summary

Onsite Safety, Inc. is seeking mechanically inclined and safety-minded individuals to join as field technicians responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing safety systems on active jobsites.

You will load and organize equipment, operate company trucks, and document work using mobile apps. As you progress through the Tech Trainee to Tech IV track, you will receive company-paid safety and technical training, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and leadership advancement as you meet

  • Communicate with Dispatch, field leadership, customers, and teammates throughout the workday.
  • Follow jobsite safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, installation quality, productivity, and care of company equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and quality evaluations as you advance.

What You Will Do:

What You’ll Need:
  • Valid driver’s license with 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Ability to learn and use mobile applications and company technology.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependability and willingness to complete assigned responsibilities.
  • Commitment to safety, coaching, accountability, and continuous development.
Work Environment and Time Requirements

This is a field-based position requiring regular travel by company vehicle to active construction sites within the assigned market and periodic travel to other markets based on business and operational needs.

Service Technicians must be able to:
  • Work in all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Work at various heights, on rooftops, and around elevated or open work areas when properly trained and authorized.
  • Use ladders, scaffolds, and other approved access equipment.
  • Lift, carry, load, unload, and position a minimum of 55 lbs. of equipment and materials.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, and other field equipment in accordance with company requirements and applicable laws.
  • Work overtime, early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends when required by workload or jobsite schedules.
  • Maintain required training, certifications, and qualifications for assigned work.
  • Meet all applicable Onsite Safety, customer, OSHA, fleet, and jobsite safety requirements.
